I N D I V I D U A L R
E S P O N S I B I L I T Y |
| |
We are all role models. Every one
of us can influence and lead our fellow employees when it comes
to behaving honorably. Only by working together can we maintain
a culture of unshakeable integrity.
|
| |
This means acting with fairness
and honesty in all of our dealings and exercising sound judgment
in performing our jobs. None of us should face challenging situations
alone, but should ask questions and seek appropriate input before
making decisions or taking actions that might raise legal or ethical
issues. |
|
| |
When confronted with new, unclear,
or important situations, we need to consider: |
| |
• Should this bother me? • Who else
does this affect? • What is my role and responsibility?
• What are the integrity and legal concerns? Is the issue addressed
in the Code of Conduct? • Who should I ask for help?
• Am I being true to myself? To STENCOR ? To the customer? |
