When confronted with new, unclear, or important situations, we need to consider:
  • Should this bother me?
• Who else does this affect?
• What is my role and responsibility?
• What are the integrity and legal concerns? Is the issue addressed in the Code of Conduct?
• Who should I ask for help?
• Am I being true to myself? To STENCOR ? To the customer?
